Easter Flower Order Form

  • Options: Lilies, Jonquil (Daffodil), Hyacinth, Tulip
  • Plants cost $15 and can be purchased either in memory of, or in honor of a loved one.
  • You can order in these ways: Google order form, paper forms in each church, contact the office
  • The order link will be published on our Facebook page and website.
  • You'll have the option to have your plant displayed at Blanchardville or Hollandale or be contacted when plants arrive and pick them up.
  • Orders due Sunday, March 23rd
  • 10% of the proceeds will be donated outwardly
